Future strategy for a disability services organisation

Intelife Group is a large disability services provider based in Western Australia. With over $19M turnover annually, Intelife provides services including respite care, life skills, employment partnerships, job seeker assistance, and training for people with disabilities.

acidlabs were engaged to prepare and run a strategic directions workshop for the Intelife board members preceding their annual general meeting in order for them to align on future directions for the group as the National Disability Insurance Scheme rolled out more widely, and competition to provide services to people with disabilities became more heated.

As a part of our brief, we were asked to “bring something different to shake them up”.
